Completely don't know how to use !!

I have installed The "Phone Control" on my son's phone "LG Optimus L9", it hasn't been rooted, the phone control icon is shown in the application panel, it does not invisible as you said!

Next, I have purchased the "Phone Control Admin" and installed in my own phone - Samsung Galaxy Note, after I have made all the setup, until now, I did not received any e-mail regarding the targeted phone, even I had made some calls, and installed new apps, it does not send me any messages.

What should I do to make it workable?[left]

Can you give me a detailed guide?

i have also just installed this app on my samsung sgh-t955 and wanted to track it from my home computer but cant find any where to down load the app to my laptop. the app said u can track it and use the app remotely but doesn't tell u how
to do it ... can any one help PLEASE...

If the target app is visible it must be because you installed target app version from Play Store that is not hidden (no more permitted by Google). If you want the hidden version you can download it from the website, PhoneControlTargetCP in attachment of the app description topic: http://laucass.forumactif.org/t26-phone-control-v320-description-english

You must uninstall the standard target app version before installing the hidden version.

Are you sure you correctly set email settings in the app? Both destination email anf gmail outgoing account and password?

There is no app for a computer, the app is for android phone only. However if you configure the app to forward by email you can check emails from your computer.

Thank you for your reply, I have uninstalled the app from play store and reinstalled the app from the link you provided. I would like to ask:

1. when I send a command to target phone to send the email, if the phone is off, will the target phone send it again when it is on again? How it works? is that it requires the two phones are on and connected to wifi?

2. the whatapps backup at 4:00 am, if the targeted phone is off at 4:00 am, is it able send the message when the phone is on again?

3. Why the app is still visible in the application launcher? I have installed the phone control app from the link you provided, but the phone control admin is downloaded from play store, after the full version is enable, it become visible, what should I do now to make it invisible?

4. when I do the target phone commands, I can get list of contacts, get list of applications, get bookmarks and history, but I can't do the "Force forward emails", Is that I can only get the email that is unread? What is the meaning of "pending emails", How can I get the incoming and outgoing email from the targeted phone?

5. Is the app able to provide the history of facebook chat?

6. Can I get the screen of the targeted phone just like teamviewer as if I am using the targeted phone, so I can see the facebook message and chat of the targeted phone?

If the target phone is off the command will be ignored. Both phone communicate via SMS, not via wifi.

No, this is a limitation of current version that will be fixed in the next release.

What app is visible? Admin app or target app? If you installed the PhoneControlTargetCP app it can't be visible, except if you not uninstalled the standard version.

The app not forwards incoming and outgoing emails from the target phone. The meaning of "force forward emails" is to force the forward of emails notifications that can be pending if for instance you missed a SMS forward by email because there was no internet connexion at the time the app tried to forward the SMS.

Waiting for your update for improvement on whatsapp! I think we can have a feature to force the whatsapp to backup at any time and send it out. So we don't need to wait until 4:00am everyday, and it avoids the phone has been turned off!

The app not forwards emails sent or received on the phone, it forwards BY email.

As many you want, but you need to enter target settings in admin app eacht ime you want to address a different target.
