s2 - calls not recording

Galaxy s2, not rooted, ics. Target 3.2. There are attachments when sending record background commends, but when there are some calls, only information is sending via email, not recordings. If someone calls when recording is active it sends "record temporary stopped" to email. But if record is not acrive, it only shows information about who is calling, not attach any record. In settings there are ikncoming and outgoing calls record activated. What can i do to retrieve calls?

I also tried to reinstall, but settings survived the operation. When i install target and enabler apps - there was previous settings already set (e mail address for example). How to completly wipe out app and install again?

So there is no way to do this with non rooted phone? I think at the beginning it works fine... so how to completly wipe phone control for doing fresh install?

It's a problem with S2 on ICS, the default audio libs of the ROM are not compatible with call recording, reinstalling the app will not change anything. If it works in beginning I think it was when your phone was on Android 2.3.
