Description:
This application prevents for security hole with TouchWiz dialer on Samsung Galaxy phones and any other phone where the stock dialer doesn't block USSD codes sent as URI.

If you have stock or alternative dialer (GO Dialer, Dialer one, ...) set as default you must select it in Home Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications and select 'Clear defaults' before using this app. USSD Blocker must be set as default app to intercept USSD codes.

- Click on the test button to send a USSD code URI to display IMEI (*#06#).
- If it's the first time you execute this test, choose the 'USSD Blocker' app as the default app in the chooser screen that will be displayed by Android system.
- After choosing the 'USSD Blocker' as default app, all USSD codes sent as URI will be caught by the app and it will ask you to confirm execution.

When a USSD code is sent as URI from HTLM code, QR Code, SMS, NFC tag or other, the app displays a warning message and you can choose to execute the code or to abort execution.

Permissions:
android.permission.CALL_PHONE is used because in addition to intercept phone numbers sent by URI (DIAL or VIEW message intents) the app also catch direct call requests that might be sent by other apps with the CALL message intent. These 2 permissions are necessary to catch the CALL message intent and to send it to the real dialer if it's not a filtered USSD code.
